This stunning property is setup for the pleasure of the guests, equipped with two Cedar Hot tubs, positioned for the privacy of guests at each end of the house, and to capture the amazing views, a heated Swimming pool, BBQ complete with outdoor kitchen and bar all contained within a lourved roof system, fully equipped state of the art kitchen, a home full of the best money can buy technology, Wi-Fi, Air-conditioned and under floor heating that control the home for you comfort, the house is perfect for honey-mooners friends and families alike at any time of the year.

Take your pick of three luxurious bedrooms and marvel in the perfect views across the bay from the full length wrap around deck, private outdoor lounges with gas fires, two living rooms, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, a cliff top mediation seat or maybe just soak it up with a gin and to the rear of the house for that evening whiskey relax in front of the fire beside the pool.

The Master bedroom is King suite, luxurious with a built in TV, makeup desk, ensuite complete with a double shower, vanity and bath located perfectly to soak up the amazing sea veiw’s and extended view of Nelson. The Second bedroom is a Queen suite, located off the lounge has beautiful sea views and doors that open out onto the main deck there is also an outdoor fire and lounge area next to it, this also has its own private bathroom next door. The Third bedroom is a Queen, located at the end of the house with stunning views, extensive wardrobe storage, makeup desk space, TV and beautiful ensuite with your cedar hot tub directly outside the ensuite.

We service the house upon departure, if you require any extra services please let us know, and we would be happy to make these arrangements.
